• No its meant to be used on carpets. It. Puts out to much water and cleaner to be used on vinyl or tile. I have area carpets on vinyl plank flooring and it does make a mess on the floor when i do the edges of the carpets. So i just wipe it dry with a rag. Bessel makes a floor cleaner and vacuum that can be used on floors and it does the job well. I hope this helps you out.
