Where does the cleaner go in at? Bissell Pro Heat 2X null

With the water, it says on the water tank how much water, than fill the tank with cleaner to the next line.

It goes in the top canister. Pour out the amount into the little black measuring cup that come with it. Unscrew the cap on the top canister. Then fill to the mark on the back of it with hot water. replace the cap and place back onto the machine.
