I dont see why you couldnt. Its basically an electric spray bottle as far as I can tell, it uses about 85% water and 15% cleaning solution. Just fill it up with whatever ratio of water/vinegar you plan to use and go for it. Doesnt hurt to pre soak the pads with water before you start as well. Best of luck.
