I hope you’re not still having this issue by now but I just received my spinwave in the mail and had the same problem. I figured out my issue was the cord that runs down the handle was getting folded up and not allowing the handle to slide all the way in. There is a tiny hole in the back where you can see the handle go in. I used a drill bit to get in there and hold the cord to the side while I slid the handle down. It clicked right in! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.All I did was used something to push the cord to the side inside the hole. It was getting jammed from how long the cord was bent in the package. It clicked right into place make sure you try both sides if one does work because I pushed it to one side and it did not work. When I pushed it to the other it worked!
