Question. I used to use the Bessel crosswave.. The crosswave seemed to do a good job of cleaning the floor. It looks like the spin wave is just pushing the dirt around. I cleaned with one set of pads & then again with clean pads. The floor was still dirty.

- Answer Good question - we only recommend using BISSELL formulas in the cleaner. Other formulas or chemicals could damage the spray function of the machine.

QuestionThe Spinwave turns on and I can hear the motor working, but once it is on the floor the pads will not spin. The pads are attached correctly, so what may be the problem?

- Answer They should turn sounds like your gear is stripped possibly take it to the nearest Best Buy and have it serviced

- Answer Not great, you will need a much stronger mop for that. But this mop is awesome for light duty mopping. My whole downstairs is tile and I can do it in about 15 minutes!

QuestionThe handle will not click into the body of the unit, so it remains loose/not secure. Is there some adjustment to make so that the handle is secure?

- Answer You may have used too much of the cleaner, or you could perhaps use a cleaner and then go over it again with warm water to remove any residue. Hopefully, you should be able to get it done that way. Good Luck! Nina
