• A:Answer I deactivated the automatic renewal since I was able to purchase the 2 yr subscription at a lower price. You can log onto Bitdefender.com to do this. If you have a 2 yr subscription, it is locked at your purchase price.

• A:Answer The product is non-refundable once activated. Best Buy will void the return option when you click redeem and are given the license key. As someone who has works in this field for over a decade, I would seriously recommend avoiding this product, or especially reconsider ordering through Best Buy. There are no options for any sort of support if you purchase through Best Buy. Bitdefender will just send you to back to place of purchase and Best Buy won't refund, regardless of the amount of time you've owned the product.
