QuestionWhat is the real size of this toaster oven? The stated measurements are not correct. I have an older version of the same oven, and it is several inches smaller. The depth can't possibly be 22 "! that's almost the depth of a standard kitchen counter.

QuestionCan the crumb tray be removed for cleaning without removing hardware?

- Answer Thank you for your question, Cooker. The crumb tray on this model slides under the lower heating elements, and can easily be removed for cleaning while the door is open. No hardware would need to be removed.

QuestionWhy does the toaster oven go off and on when toasting. Is that normal or is there a short?

- Answer If you're referring to the long nichrome elements lining parellel on the top and bottom, then yes. those elements turn off once desired specified temp has been reached based on the nob settings you've selected. Nothing to worry for. now, if the Indicator Light (which is usually bright RED) located above the buttons turns off spontaneously that would indicate the toaster has a malfunction, the light is to indicate the oven is operating, if it's turning off randomly that's an issue.

QuestionI have a 4 slice toaster and I feel like the space between the outer part and inside is very big… and it also seems flimsy and weak. I can push the sides in there is a lot of give. Is this normal?

QuestionIf you start out on the “timer” but then change your mind and want to turn it off “early” it seems there is no way to do this and you have to let it just run through it’s time - major problem. How do you manually turn it off “early”?
