QuestionMy sweeper is about a month old now. I loved it, till now. It keeps turning off. It is fully charged but turns off every few seconds.

QuestionCan I change and replace the battery? My unit will not charge and the store won't return it because I don't have the receipt. It has only been used a couple times. It isn't even dirty.

QuestionHow do I get rid of all the hair that has wound around the rollers of the sweeper?

- Answer You should have got a "Brush bar cleaning tool" It has two sides a blade on one side. The other side has a metal comb. If you lost it or don't have it. You can use a letter opener and an Eyebrow Comb Eyelash comb. Make sure it's metal. I use an eyebrow comb and works great. If the hair is stuck then the letter opener will get the hair. To make it easy to take out. I added some pictures you can see what I'm talking about.
