Yes, the keycaps are totally switchable. I have the Razer Green Keycap Set and I have customized my Blackwidow a little.

Yes, keycaps are swappable. In fact, I purchased Razers Metal WASD keyset for mine and although nice the RGB letter style is inferior to the rest of the keyfont on the keyboard. If i had to do it again I would buy the plastic white keyset complete or just the WASD set.

Yes they are, any MX cherry keycaps should work, but it has a shorter than normal space bar, so you'll need to be aware of that when making your purchase. Razer also sells keycaps that have all the sizes you need.

You can pop off the keycaps that are on the keyboard very easily but I don't know it razer sells any keys in other colors the only colors I've seen razer keyboard in are black and pink.
