QuestionMy blendjet 2 is flashing purple, what does that mean. It is fully charged but is not turning on. Thank You

- Answer It sounds like your blender is in lock mode. You exit lock mode the same way you entered lock mode. Just hold the button down for about 3 seconds. Once the light flashes blue 3 times, you're good to go! You're always welcome to email [email protected] if you need any more troubleshooting help.

QuestionDo I have to take the entire lid off to drink? or does it have a flip up for sipping or a straw? Planning to use on the go so having a wide open drink might - well, would, be inconvenient and messy.

QuestionIs the Blenderjet airport security compliant? Will it pass carry-on security checks? Can I travel.with it without checking it with luggage (I don't check luggage). Thanks

- Answer Hi Lucy, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your BlendJet seems to have a leak but we're here to help. Sometimes that can happen if the silicone gasket that is between the jar and base isn't sitting quite right. Can you remove your jar and take a look? If it is a little twisted or damaged at all it can cause problems. You also want to make sure that the grooved side of the gasket is facing down towards the base. If everything looks okay, go ahead and put the jar back on really tightly - until the arrows line up on the back and the button flashes white. There's a chance that the jar may have not been sitting quite right on the gasket initially, which can also cause issues with getting that aligned. QuestionHow do you wash it? The pictures are not showing which parts are separable.

- Answer You can do a quick wash by putting in dish soap and water them turning it on. For a deep clean remove the two o rings from the cap and base. The container, o-rings, and life are dishwasher safe, while the base should be hand washed(battery is in it and while water resistant I don't feel safe submerging it or putting it in the dishwasher)

QuestionI love my Blendjet, but it doesn't stay charged. I can use it once or twice before it needs to be recharged, which is obviously far less than the 15+ blends the directions state.

QuestionMy Blendjet just wont start! I tried to charge it and now it wont work

- Answer I purchased a blend jet2 on monday,april 24 at walmart in Birmingham,alabama,zip code 35235. I have charged the blender usins the usb cord,matched the arrows on base to the plastic container,put liquids in first and then put cooked sausage,eggs,bacon bits,milk. I have followed the instructions on your blue& white brochure(flyer) such as turning the unit upside down and pressing power button. Unit,blades still will not work,there is little or no food against the blades,no food resistance. I have pushed the power button once as per your instructions & the blades will not work and unable to get 20 seconds run. your blender is what I want and greatly dissapointed that it will not work even after following your instructions and trouble shooting recommendations!!!

QuestionMy blendjet's USB-C got intermittent needing inserted plug to be wiggled to light up/charge, then at some point still lights but no longer taking a charge it just blinks at me after an overnight charging session and yes the container is seated. Any ideas?

QuestionA different cord was used in my Blendjet (not 2) and it melted the blend jet receptor where cord gets plugged in!! Bad burning smell!!! Is it due to using a different cord??

QuestionI like that there is a lid now that a person can drink from... However, is there an attachment that works for the bottom in order not to carry the base everywhere? Ideally one could just use the original top on the bottom, but it doesn't seal.
