Hi Lucy, Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear your BlendJet seems to have a leak but we're here to help. Sometimes that can happen if the silicone gasket that is between the jar and base isn't sitting quite right. Can you remove your jar and take a look? If it is a little twisted or damaged at all it can cause problems. You also want to make sure that the grooved side of the gasket is facing down towards the base. If everything looks okay, go ahead and put the jar back on really tightly - until the arrows line up on the back and the button flashes white. There's a chance that the jar may have not been sitting quite right on the gasket initially, which can also cause issues with getting that aligned.
