A:Answer I suppose this may work if the camera had access to WIFI and could be within range of the sync module which needs to be plugged into a normal wall outlet at all times. They are 110/220V compatible. It is possible to plug the Sync Module into a USB but could be unreliable. Make sure your USB is at least 5W/1AMP or it will not power. However do note, The Blink cameras cannot be used to face out a window. Blink’s PIR sensor cannot detect motion through glass, so a Blink indoor or Blink XT/XT2 camera positioned behind a window will not create clips when armed. However, it can be faced out a window, or through glass, for use with Live View.
The Blink cameras have a field of view of 110 degrees - in the daytime, they provide enough visibility to identify an individual’s facial features that is 20ft away, recognize a person that is 32ft away, and beyond that depends on exact lighting conditions. At night, they provide visibility up to 20ft away depending on exact conditions.
