On the blink camera if you put some tape over the blue light And over the motion detector light.. Will it still record?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The blue recording light is hardware-based and therefore cannot currently be turned off on the Blink indoor cameras. If you prefer, you can certainly cover this light with a piece of tape to block it - this will not impact the operation of the camera. We have introduced a hardware-based switch under the battery cover on the Blink XT and XT2 cameras for the option to turn this light on or off depending on your preference. Turning the blue light off on the Blink XT or XT2 will not hinder its performance.

I covered everything but the center camera part and it works great. I wanted something more discrete than a little piece
