What exactly is a sync module? null

It connects to wi-fi and to ypur camera,it must be connected for the system to work and to also use your phone with the camera or cameras

It picks up your wifi from your router. It relays the commands between the cameras and your wifi to their servers. It will control a set of up to 5 cameras.

It is like a hub for the cameras. They connect to the sync module and it is on the internet in your house. It syncs with the cloud storage.

It's the interface module between the cameras and you router for internet connection.

The Sync Module acts as a hub between your Blink wireless home security cameras and the cloud. The cameras cannot function without it!
