You redeem the 20$ onto your Blizzard account. When you go into the store on Call of Duty to buy currency it'll give you the option to choose and use your Blizzard balance. This balanced can be used in any game at anytime. Hope this helped out!

If so you should be able to redeem your Blizzard gift card on your battlenet account and then just purchase cod points with it. You'd go on the game, choose how many COD points you want, click purchase and it should automatically redirect you to your battlenet account and just go from there. IF you're trying to buy COD points on a playstation or Xbox, just get a gift card from either console, add it to your accounts wallet and buy cod points through the game using your wallet amounts.
