Any answer dependent on IMEI number may be problematic. You don't know the IMEI number until after the purchase, when you receive and are looking at the physical phone and paperwork. Further, Blu tech support will not disclose a sample IMEI number to allow you to check compatibility in advance. In similar situation, I was forced to explain situation to the prospective phone carrier's tech support, and have them (somehow) privately verify compatibility.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not exactly sure, but something I learned after purchase is most, if not all, service providers have a compatibility option on their site. You just enter the type of phone and IMEI number into the compatibility search bar and it will tell ya, right then and there if it will work with that provider. Good luck
