Yes. This devices has the following bands: 4 G LTE Frequencies 12, 17, 2, 4, 5 GSM 3G Frequency 1700, 1900, 850 Check with Digicel, but it looks like they use the 850 3G band and Band 5 for 4G LTE in Jamaica.
