Hey, so I have this mic to play videogames myself. There are for sure higher quality audio recording ones especially for singing, but no doubt that this mic would do the job for you for sure. Its audio recording is close to crystal clear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you sing off-axis it may be adequate for basic recording, but I'm not sure if it will handle the dynamics of opera without distortion. Give it a try and return it if it distorts. I'd rather use this mic as a VO and simple vocal mic -- but it's certainly professional sounding in the right conditions.
