I haven't experienced this, but look at the filter, is it totally dirty? if not, perhaps the top got knocked out of place, make sure the lid fits.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Barb, it sounds like you were ahead of schedule in replacing your filter and did not reset the timer when you replaced your filter last. The unit is not capable of knowing how clean a filter is; rather, it strictly goes off usage time. If you replace a filter and do not let the unit know, it will continue the count and misinform you that it is time for a filter change after the fact. Please turn on the unit and press and hold the main button for 10-45 seconds until the light goes back to white. This will complete your filter timer reset.
