A:Answer I know this is a year too late, but hopefully this might help someone in the future. Out of the box, none of the buttons will answer a call. Downloading the blue parrott app to change the functionality doesn't work, either. So, I can't walk away from my desk at all if I expect a call. I can't mute myself, either. Lastly, I can't hang up the call. I can change the volume, and that's about it.
