Hello - You have three 3 options of for pairing the BlueParrott B450-XT to your mobile device. You may pair using NFC one touch, by using voice commands, or with the following steps. 1. Ensure your headset is off. 2. Press and hold (6 seconds) the Multifunction button until you hear “Power on”. Continue to hold the button until the LED flashes alternating blue and red and you hear “Pair mode”. The headset is now in pairing mode. 3. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone and select the BlueParrott B450-XT from the list of available devices.
