• Follow the steps below to do a System Reset Press and hold the source button until the radio shuts off. Press the knob once. Turn the knob to INITIAL. Press the knob once. Turn the knob to SYSTEM RESET. Press the knob twice. If needed, please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They will walk you through the steps.
