“Keyboard won't connect. SM-T800”

• I know this is going to sound stupid on the surface...but did you turn the keyboard on? I experienced the same frustration...the mouse connected right away, but I could not get the keyboard to connect to save my life. I ended up going into Best Buy and the Samsung rep turned the keyboard on and I felt like a total idiot! There is a very small power switch on the edge of the keyboard that if not turned to the "ON" position the keyboard will never make connection to the tablet.

• Do you have Bluetooth enabled on the tablet within the settings?
