“What is the return policy on this product if someone decides they do not like it?”

• I had no problem returning the product in the original packaging.

• At Best Buy, they only take returns for 14 days! If you think there is any chance of returning it, buy it elsewhere. The only exception to that is if you spend alot of money at Best Buy with a Rewards Zone account, they will extend it to 30 days. If you buy on Amazon, it's 30 days and you don't have to belong to a "club".
