Q: QuestionI have two questions. 1) Can I keep my phone number from T Mobile and port it in as a new customer and if so how many days notice do you need to do this. 2) if I buy the 3 month card, can I cancel before 3 months and not get charged.

• A:Answer Yes, you can port your number in from T Mobile. To activate the card you go online to boostmobile.com and it will ask you if you want to port a number over and walk you through how to do it. And yes you can cancel before the 3 months is up. You will get notified I believe via email letting you know the 3 months is coming up and Boost gives you time to decide to continue or not. If you have additional questions please call our customer service and they should be able to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for purchasing Boost!
