• Yes, as soon as you transer your sim it will recognize and Boost with do a new phone activation automatically. I did this and it worked seamlessly.

• Yes takes some time to do online I always suggest doing it yourself online because it is free and stores and other will charge up to 30 dollars just to type your new IMEI numbers in
