Dear Millie, Boost Mobile provides good, consistent cellular service in the corridor between South Carolina and Kentucky where I use mine. But your daughter's satisfaction will be equally affected by the phone you choose to access the Boost network. If she has an unlocked phone to install the Boost SIM card into and she is happy with that phone, she should be happy with the Boost service.
