A:Answer I had Virgin Mobile for YEARS and OMG the struggles. Finally went to get a new phone and new service provider. VM issues I had: no bars/service in my own house, and in random places, could not make a call in those areas either, could not download text messages.
So now I have this phone and service through Boost Mobile. So far the phone is OK. I still find I have no bars/service in places, internet is slow loading depending where I am of course, but the Best buy man assured me that Boost Mobile uses many more towers so I shouldn't experience the no bars/service and that is there is no wifi available, I would still be able to use internet (it would use my data instead). Well so far I can tell you that this has not been the case. If there is no wifi, I get a message stating NO CONNECTION. And as for having bars/service its really hit or miss.
I should have shopped around more and the IPhone6, that I really wanted. Of course, after the fact, found that IPhone6 on the Boost Mobile website for less than $200.00.
I can at least download my text messages now. And have service most of the time.
Oh one more thing, since I bought my Galaxy J7 Refind, 2 wks ago, it has been ringing non stop with calls from all over the USA about lowering my healthcare costs, getting new insurance, winning a trip etc... don't know why or if there is a connection but ughhhhhh.
