“I was told to use Finish Quantum Tablets as the detergent for this dishwasher.. but they DO NOT DISSOLVE. I even tried a different brand pod and again, didn’t dissolve at all. Why is it not working properly???”

• Sounds like a defective machine. I use the pods and they dissolve during the wash cycle.
