Hi EXEC. Thank you for your question. Yes, please remove the thin plastic film on the front of the dishwasher before using. It is a protection to prevent scratches.

I wasn’t sure what it was or what to do, but went with my gut and pulled it off. It didn’t come off easily, especially around the sides. The dishwasher looks so much shinier! Who knew?
