Hi Fredfarquar, thank you for your question regarding Model:B36CT80SNS. If you would like you may try this troubleshooting method per the Use and Care Manual for this model: 1. Switch off the appliance. 2. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Unplug the power plug or switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box. 3. Reconnect the appliance after 5 minutes. 4. Switch on the appliance. 5. If the fault persists, please call customer service at 1-800-944-2904.
