100% bottom rack is terrible. It is a nightmare to load. Worst design of a bottom dish rack....perhaps in the history of humanity. What were the engineers thinking????
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We got our Bosch SilencePLUS 44dBA in 2019. This is the best cleaning, most quiet dishwasher you will ever own.....with the most stupid BOTTOM rack design you can ever imagine. Great for plates and a serving dish or two.......bowls?.....forget it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Still a problem. We have a brand new Bosch dishwasher and find both racks poorly designed and configured for dishes, glasses, cups and other routinely dishwasher-washable items. If we hadn't taken our 20 year old KitchenAid dishwasher to the transfer station, it would have been reinstalled by now. In addition to the poor racking, the door is difficult to pull open and then has to be forced down, and the bottom rack frequently slips out of place. This dishwasher was built for the way Europeans cook and eat their meals, not the US.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How I wish I’d read these comments b fire buying! Like another reviewer, it did not occur to me that rack design would be an issue in 2022. Ours is a SuperSilence plus 40 dBA. It IS very quiet which was our original concern. I curse the designers every single time I load and unload. I have to configure the rack and tines almost every time to accommodate regular daily-use dishes and cooking pans. I worry about items remaining upright or falling through the racks. If you lower the middle rack for tall glasses, you cannot add dinner plates to the bottom. I warn people away from this brand that could get something so basic so wrong. And yes, I have watched the “helpful” videos.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is absolutely still a problem. Even with being able to adjust one or two areas, the configuration is the worst I've ever encountered over 40 yrs. of marriage and numerous different dishwashers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The new dishwasher models with the Flex Tines are AWFUL. Can’t fit different sized plates going opposite directions. Middle rack cannot fit taller glasses unless lowered, and then if it is lowered it is hitting your plates on the bottom rack. The top rack doesn’t come with a full silverware rack and has these big gaping holes so whenever you open the top rack (3rd rack), stuff comes flying out towards you. It is seriously The worst designed dishwasher on the planet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find the tine configuration on both racks to be cumbersome and make loading difficult.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an EXCELLENT question! I wish we'd have thought of it before purchasing (but really never had an issue with new dishwashers previously). Yes, the bottom rack, especially, is extremely difficult to load. I can say that even though we are never quite sure which direction the dishes should go that they do still come out clean!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's still a problem!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Both racks are very difficult. I'm very frustrated with it and wish we had not bought it
