I think you'll be fine. First, the dishwasher height is adjustable. I think the listed height may be a minimum. I don't know exactly how adjustable it is, but it will go up at least half an inch, which would close the gap you are asking about. I suggest looking at the owners manual (on Bosch.com) to determine what the max height is. If the height is not adjustable enough, you could cut a a piece of 1/4" plywood and placed under the dishwasher to raise it up a little more. With the bottom front panel and the black skirting on the dishwasher, this would probably not be visible.

Please try again later.I can’t answer this because though I purchased this dishwasher a month ago, the delivery was botched and the appliance was apparently sold to another customer. I can’t reach anyone at Best Buy on the phone to ask whether another dishwasher has been found. When I go to the store, I’m told none are available and they don’t know when they will be available but there’s another appointment set for another delivery next week. Still, the website shows no Bosch 800 series dishwashers available in Florida. I don’t know where you live, but I recommend you do some checking on availability before you get too far in planning. This experience has been a nightmare and I’m making payments on a $1500 dishwasher that doesn’t exist.
