• A:Answer Hi Mac, thank you for your question and interest in Model:SHXM78Z55N. A Heavy Wash Cycle uses between 4.9 to 6.4 gallons, an Auto Wash Cycle uses between 3.4 to 6.4 gallons and the Normal Wash Cycle uses 2.3 to 5.5 gallons of water.

Q: QuestionWe have had a 3 rack dishwasher in a different home and the bottom rack would not hold the blender pitcher as it was too tall. You could put it in there but it kept the sprayer above it from spinning. Can anyone tell me if this will fit it?

Rinse: Use this cycle if you need to rinse dishes to avoid odors. Place unrinsed dishes inside the dishwasher and select the Rinse cycle. Uses less water than hand rinsing and very low energy. This can be used with the Delay Option, which allows you to delay the start time of your dishwasher up to 24 hours.
