Hi there. Thank you for your question. The 800 Series 30" Convection Wall Oven has an 8 pass broil element and a 2 hour self cleaning mode. It also features 10 microwave power levels, genuine European Convection, temperature conversion for convection cooking, a meat probe, telescopic rack, soft close door with dampened hinges and fast preheat. The Convection Oven offers a third heating element around the convection fan to circulate warm air more evenly throughout the oven cavity. With this oven you have the option of convection and conventional cooking.
