• The bowl will hold between 12 to 15 pounds of dough. That's quite a bit. An excellent stainless steel bowl is available from Bosch but it is the same size.

• The bowl is 6.5 quart. I have not seen a larger one however you can purchase a stainless steel one but it is also 6.5 quarts. The 6.5 quarts is larger enough for me to make 5 loaves of bread dough at once.

• The mixer has a compact footprint, so I doubt a larger bowl would fit it. The mixing goes quickly, so you can make multiple batches before you have to clean it up.
