• A:Answer Hi Deb. I'm not sure who was so abrupt. The Bose require an amplifier to drive them. If your TV has loudspeaker outputs then the Bose might sound really good. If the TV only has Line Out (red and white RCA connectors) will will have to purchase an amplifier to power the Bose from the TV's Line Out. Make Sense?

Q: QuestionI have the Acoustimass 5 Series III can they be hooked up to the surround speakers? I have the 301s hooked up to front due to room setup.

• A:Answer Keep in mind that the speakers on the Acoustimass 5III connect to the Acoustimass Module which would then be connected to your receiver. Given the parts you have , you would have right and left channels but no center for a surround sound experience.
