QuestionDid anyone else not get a power cord with it? Literally nothing else in the box except for the warranty/lack of instruction pamphlet. Not feeling too good about my $1500 purchase (this plus the sound bar) when I can’t even plug it up when I get home.

QuestionDoes it work with SoundTouch 300? I was going to purchase the Bose Acoustimass 300 Wireless Bass Module after moving to a bigger place, but I can't find it on BestBuy. Was it replaced by the Bass Module 700? Can I pair Bass Module 700 with SoundTouch 300?

- Answer This bass module is specifically designed to connect with the SoundTouch 300 soundbar, Lifestyle 600, or Lifestyle 650 home theater systems. It is not compatible with any other systems.

QuestionI got a 6.1 bose system, with subwoofer but using sony reciver STR`-DH790 and I can hook another subwoofer BASS MODULE 700 to the reciver, it will make any difference in the sound with two subwoofers

- Answer Hello! You can pair more than one Bass module 700 to the Soundbar 700 should you want more audio. Whilst we can't speak directly for the receiver that you have mentioned, we would recommend that if the first bass module works, then the second will also. While the audio you hear will be improved compared to using one bass module, we would recommend that if you want to be sure that you visit a Bose store to listen to a system with 2 bass modules connect to ensure that you're happy with this. I hope this helps clear this up!

- Answer My 700 did not produce any sound when connected to AVR through a wireless sound adapter using a 3.5 mm audio connector. Neither did module 300.

- Answer Sadly, a quick check on the Bose user forum revealed to me that the Solo 5 product is a stand alone soundbar that cannot be paired with other products. You would need to move up to the 500 or 700 series to accomplish this. Still a great product for enhanced movie watching where space is limited ie. Small bedroom, living room, etc.

QuestionMy 700 subwoofer just stopped working light in back is white but will not play played well for awhile then just stopped what can I do to fix it

- Answer I am having this trouble on my 300. White light is on in the back. It might have sound for a bit then nothing. I even bought the 3.5mm cod to connect it to the sound bar. Same thing. I've never used the app.
