I am a safety professional in the oil and gas industry so naturally the first thing I did was check on the ANZI Z-87 compatibility for this product. A safety guy will always check on the frame of any wrap around glasses as this is typically where the Z-87 stamp is located. The Bose frame does NOT have this stamp. A friend of mine checked in to getting a Z-87 rated lens for this frame (Through Walmart I believe) and he informed me that this IS an option. Since the Bose frames DO NOT have the Z-87 stamp on the frame you would want to make sure that you kept the paperwork from Walmart indicating that the lens are Z-87. (Which is an impact rating) so that you could provide this to your safety professional if requested. Hope this helps.
