“Why can I not purchase these earbuds? I arrived at the Grand Junction, CO store, and took this set of ear buds to the register. I was informed by management that I could not purchase this product until August 23rd, and yet I can purchase them online. Oh, I can purchase them and pick them up at the same store, according to Best Buys web site. This is not the first time I have encountered situations like this at Best Buy. I have several experiences that make this place a Worse Buy.”

Save your money with your headphone cords OR take a look at the Bluetooth headphones that come with the neckpiece controls. Those look way less brittle than these things. They're where I'm headed next. These headphones were a waste of money.
