Great question! The QC20/QC20i headset can be used safely while the battery is charging. You may get some noticeable background noise if you attempt to play audio from the same computer you are currently charging from, but this not harmful to the headphones. Because this noise is undesirable, we do not suggest charging from the same device you are currently using to listen. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used them while they were charging and it didn't seem to harm the headphones. Having said that, I don't know how it would do harm - it seems to me a bit like using a laptop while it is charging.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My guess is no. Li-ion batts have no memory and the power for use would most likely come from the usb while charging. Thanks, Greg
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not in my experience
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used then while charging and never noticed a problem. They'll charge slower, obviously, but they'll charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, this will not damage them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, if I am listening through my computer that is exactly what I do
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, I have done that. Also, the charging is for the noise canceling, not for the use of the headphones. You can use the headphones without turning on the noise canceling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not at all
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not tried that. I have charged other devices while using them with no problems. Do so with caution. Please let us know your results.
