“How do you adjust the volume when using on an XBOX? When you plug in the mic cable, the audio controls on the headset is disabled. Please help if anyone has used these with an XBOX. Thanks”

• I am having the same issue on PS4 pro. Once connected to controller the volume is disabled and stays at a standard low setting. I have all volume levels on high and it still will not work. And by all volume levels I mean on everything. Through the PS settings!!! Seems like the controller wont play nice with the volume output and disables the volume controls on the headset. It’s not working out so well. I know its not a defect because when I unplug the wire the headset can be used again with high volume.

• There are controls in the xbox settings menu to control master volume and mixing between game and voice audio
