I don't believe so. These are absolutely great and very comfortable, but I personally would never wear them in the rain. You will see the headsets on the sidelines of the NFL games where they are standing in the rain and seemingly the Bose units are not hurt, but I doubt they are the same unit made to same specs.

No. They can't handle rain at all. I was wearing mine, and it rained. Right after that, I noticed that the battery doesn't last as much as it used to. And also the indicator lights broke.
