Hello Vanny, thank you for asking about the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones. These headphones do not have a specific button for the noise-cancellation. If the headphones are charged and powered on, the noise-cancellation will automatically be turned on. To turn off the noise-cancellation, you will want to turn off the headphones. Please note that turning off the headphones or inserting the optional audio cable will disable Bluetooth. Hope this helps! Josselyn - Bose Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. The button on outside of the left side can be used to control the noise cancellation *IF* its assigned to this task. If clicking this button doesn't change it (and you will know because it will talk to you and say 'noise cancellation off/low/high'), then you need to install and open the Bose App and change the 'action button' to control noise cancellation, as it may be assigned to google assistant.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You turn it on/off in the app. The 2nd gen have the button
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just turn them on with the switch on the side of the right headphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is not a button for that, it is just automatic when it turns on and it is really good...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s on the outside of the the right ear piece, in the middle, so it’s easily accessible. It’s actually a little switch, so when it’s all the way to the left, there’s no noise canceling, in the middle, noise canceling, and when you push all the way to the right (it doesn’t stay in that position; it bounces back to the middle) it will connect to your device via Bluetooth!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
