Nope the mic is built into the headset and according to callers on the receiving end they sound great. No wires needed.

The bluetooth pairing occurs once and it will forever remember your device after that. If you get a call while they're off, simply turn them on and click the multifunction button on the headphones to answer. Call quality is great.

Please try again later.There might be a built in mic to the headphones.voice calls may not be ideal with this product only because if there is built in mic it would be up by the lower portion of the product. Not to sure if it brings a wire but I imagine it should bring one with an in-line control.
