Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The batteries are supposed to last 20 hours. If they go out he can still use them with the included cord even without power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To charge they plug into a USB port. Many vehicles today have this as standard equipment. If he doesn't have a USB port in the truck then use one on a lap top.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not recommended to wear noise cancelling headphones while driving. They work so well you could miss the sound of another car honking to get your attention, bad engine noise, or the sound of a tire problem on the road. However, if you choose to get him noise cancelling headphones anyway, I would suggest one of the sets with adjustable noise cancelation so he can choose how much noise to let in. That being said, another option would be earplugs without electronics. They make nicer options than the foam squeezy ones and they work well to block out sound comfortably.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These are not noise cancelling head phones, but block almost 80% of ambient noise in ordinary situations. Being a truck driver, check out the wireless Bose head phones. Even though this unit is expensive, you will get what you pay for. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/bose-quietcomfort-35-wireless-headphones-black/5169703.p?skuId=5169703 These headphones are almost new and no one discounts them. Perhaps wait till Christmas to see if the price will come down any (I seriously doubt it). I have tried these. Perhaps a Christmas buy for me.
