The battery is built in and can not be replaced. I was told by Bose it should last at least 100 charge cycles. I use mine an average of two hours a day and can go nearly two weeks between charges.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You would most likely have to send back to Bose for that kind of repair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My recommendation would be to get a Geek Squad plan as that covers the battery and these are unrepairable items so they would be swapped in store for new pair. -Geek Squad Agent
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the batteries are built in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery can not be replaced by Geek Squad. You have to either get the replacement plan from BestBuy or send it into Bose to get battery replacement. Bose only has a 1 year warranty and BB is 2 years
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Manual clearly states that battery is not replaceable AND you cannot replace the USB cable it comes with.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The battery is designed to last the lifetime of the headphones. Seeing as how battery technology has improved, it will likely be 5-6 years before the battery in these will actually need replacing. You'll either already be onto a different pair of headphones by then or looking to upgrade. The battery cannot be swapped out by the end-user and I doubt Geek Squad will be able to do that in-store. However, Bose can swap the battery out for you in the future. They haven't detailed how much this will cost though. If you are worried, you can always buy the Geek Squad warranty but the battery is going to last longer than that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I doubt it. You would have to send them to Bose.
