You must actively setup to pair your headphones. They cannot be paired without your manual intervention.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once you enable the pairing mode, one device can pair with it. Once the device has paired it no longer is in pairing mode. To add another device you have to slide the power switch and hold a few seconds for it to enable pairing mode again. Other people around you cannot pair unless this step is done.

The process of pairing requires you enable paring on the headphone so it is unlikely that someone else would be able to pair uninvited. The headphone announces what devices they are pared with when they connect, so even in the case of a "rouge" connection, you would know about it.
