QuestionI have Bose 35Q II purchased there. I stream through my S8 + and the Battery Life indicator keeps showing up on My video screen about every 5 seconds. I have updated to the latest driver for the Bose and phone system has latest updates.

QuestionWhen headphones are connected to computer via bluetooth, it cuts out the bluetooth function when the battery amount announcement comes on. Then it won't connect again unless I take out the bluetooth adaptor, turn them off, and start again. Why?

- Answer Legaltype. Never experienced this issue with my headset. You may want to return to the store for a swap. You could also contact Bose.

QuestionI think I had too high of an expectation of these headphones. I can still hear the rain on the skylight. I can still hear people popping gum, walking around me and opening plastic bags. I thought they canceled out the noise?

- Answer Thanks for the question, Chris. The QuietComfort 35 headphones and the SoundLink Revolve + will each connect to Bluetooth capable mobile devices and laptops, but they won't connect with each other. You can however, using our Bose Connect App, now link 2 QuietComfort 35s to the same device using our Music Share feature, or 2 SoundLink Revolve + to the same device using Party or Stereo modes. - Answer Yes, they do come with an Aux. cable, so you can use it non-bluetooth devices as long as they have an Aux. port, such as the iPod.
