I would recommend the Bose® - Soundtrue® Ultra In-ear Headphones. They are in ear but comfortable enough to wear all day. I use them at work and they cut out all noise.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.your coworkers must be very loud! I can block out noisy college students and a baby with this model! as long as you are powering the headphones on, the noise cancelation is active. you can even turn them on to listen to something connected with the provided wire and the noise cancelation still works. I'm sorry you have such inconsiderate coworkers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The online product information tells you that the ambient outside noise will not be completely eliminated. They want you to understand that before purchasing the product. I think that they have in mind The safety issue of walking on the street, listening to music and driving a car. It's meant to protect the user. I hope that the product works out for you, anyway. I used my Powerbeats in a work situation and I've gotten used to the ambient noise; i've learned to tune it out and simply enjoy the sound.
